Frontier Analyst edition includes a wizard to help you create new projects.

The data can come from clipboard or file, e.g. from a spreadsheet, or be entered manually. The import of data is very flexible, and allows use of data from a wide variety of sources (including formats used by some other DEA software for easy conversion).

You can of course add data to an existing project. The wizard walks you through the process.
