The potential improvements graph shows the target input and output levels that the selected unit needs to achieve to be efficient. You can also see the numeric data, and copy the graph and data to the clipboard to include in reports.

Reference comparison allows you to see the relative performance of the selected unit with those it has been most directly compared with (its ‘reference set’) when assessing its efficiency. This highlights a unit’s weaknesses.


The reference contributions display provides information on which of a unit’s reference set have contributed most to setting its targets for potential improvement. This identifies the key units to compare its performance against.


I/O Contributions shows in-depth information about how each input/output variable was actually weighted.

Remember that all graphs and tables can be easily copied to the clipboard for inclusion in your reports.
